Payment

Payment is expected at the time of service. I accept cash, debit card, credit card, or payment through the Square app.

I do not except medicare or insurance, however I will provide a printed receipt if you need to be reimbursed by your insurance or Medicare.

Cancelation or rescheduling

Please ONLY text or call and leave a message, if you need to reschedule or cancel. Do not email or use the the contact form on the website.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please try to give as much notice as possible. Most clients need 2-4 days of hair growth prior to an appointment, so filling an opening with little notice is very difficult.

Appointments for 1 hour or less need to be cancelled via text at least 24 hours prior. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the fee for the time reserved or $25, whichever is greater.

Appointments for longer than 1 hour will need to be cancelled at least 72 hours prior via text. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of the fee for the time reserved. Multiple late cancellations will result in future appointments being reduced to one hour only.

Late cancel charges must be paid before future appointments will be scheduled.

If you are late, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time.

I allow one "oops" no show or late cancel without charge. Life happens; I understand.

Rescheduling after multiple no shows or late cancellations will be at my discretion and may require a nonrefundable deposit when booked.

Children Policy

Do not bring children to your appointment. Due to the delicate nature of the treatment and the size of the room, young children are not allowed in the treatment area. Please contact me if you have concerns regarding this policy.

Illness

If you are ill, please reschedule your appointment.
